A-) Driver’s License & Driver Age

Drivers must have a valid local or international driving license held for at least 3 years and must be at least 22 years old.

To rent a vehicle, a credit card in the renter’s name (Visa / Mastercard / American Express) is required.

Debit cards are not accepted as they are not valid for deposit blocking.

Traffic fines may be reported to us within 3–4 weeks after the rental period. Therefore:

  • 400 € for passenger cars
  • 600 € for minibuses and SUVs
    will be pre-authorized on your credit card. This amount will be automatically released within 3–4 weeks.

B-) Minimum Rental Period

The minimum rental period is 4 days.

C-) Included in the Price

  • Unlimited mileage
  • Third-party liability insurance (within legal limits)
  • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
  • Theft protection
  • VAT (20%) and local taxes
  • Maintenance and oil expenses
  • 24/7 roadside assistance

D-) Not Included in the Price

  • Fuel
  • One-way rental fees
  • Additional driver service
  • Baby/child seats and equipment
  • Optional insurances
  • Parking, highway, and toll fees
  • Delivery/return outside office or airport locations

E-) Payment & Deposit Conditions

To confirm the reservation, a prepayment of at least 10% of the total rental amount may be required. The remaining balance is paid at vehicle delivery.

Payments can be made by credit card (in TRY) or in foreign currency cash.

Credit card details are recorded in the contract for possible traffic fines and toll charges. No additional charges are made apart from these.

F-) Insurance Information

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW):

Valid provided that required reports are submitted on time.

The renter is responsible for a deductible between 5,000 TL and 10,000 TL depending on the vehicle group.

CDW does not cover user errors, lost keys, wrong fuel, tire/glass/headlight damage, etc.

G-) Theft Protection

Valid if the vehicle is stolen by force while the key is in the renter’s possession.
A police report is mandatory.

H-) Additional Drivers

The rented vehicle may be used by a maximum of 1 (one) additional driver besides the main renter.

The additional driver must be registered in the contract at the beginning of the rental and is subject to an extra fee.

I-) Equipment

Child seats, snow chains, and similar equipment can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

J-) Flight Information

For airport deliveries, providing accurate and timely flight information is the customer’s responsibility.

M-) Vehicle Delivery & Return

Vehicles can be delivered and returned at offices, addresses, or airports.

A one-way fee applies if the vehicle is returned to a different location.

O-) Late / Early Return

Late Return:
If the vehicle is returned after the agreed time:

  • Delays of up to 3 hours are free of charge if prior notice is given and approved.
  • Delays exceeding 3 hours will be charged as one full rental day.

The renter cannot extend the rental period without prior approval.

Early Return:
No refund is provided for early returns.

R-) Vehicle Condition

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

A cleaning fee may be charged if the vehicle is excessively dirty.

S-) Fuel Policy

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as delivered.

Missing fuel will be charged; excess fuel is non-refundable.

Ş-) Traffic Fines

All traffic fines, tolls, and parking fees are the responsibility of the renter.

T-) Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be canceled up to 5 days before arrival for a full refund.

U-) Notes

The company reserves the right to provide services through partners when necessary.
